王一,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。中国科学院大连化学物理研究所分子反应动力学国家重点实验室研究生,2010年3月取得博士学位。同年入职大连工业大学生物工程学院。
一. 主要学术研究方向:荧光探针分子检测机理;天然产物抗氧化机理;功能性食品的研发

二. 招收硕士生所在一级学科:轻工技术与工程;生物学;生物与医药(专硕)

三. 目前承担主要课程:《普通生物学》《植物化学》《葡萄酒化学》

四. 指导硕士研究生情况:培养研究生中,已毕业9名,在读8名。其中,5人获国家奖学金,一人获得辽宁省优秀硕士毕业论文。所有毕业研究生均已发表一作SCI论文。

五. 承担科研项目情况:主持辽宁省教育厅科学研究一般项目(L2013214)、辽宁省自然基金面上项目(20180550765)、辽宁省教育厅面上项目(LJKZ0534)。
